Summary0001138: [Eagle][ATV][VOC] NO action with RCU Key for TV
DescriptionWe received Log file from SKB as follows. Each log and their comments are as follows :

MAC - 1cbfc056b8aa
         Issue - delay on RCU action
         Action - TV doesn't ON with RCU integrated Power Button one time.
                        But it works when RCU when pressed 3~4 times.

         Issue - TV doesn't control by STB RCU button
         Action - RCU Ramp is OK. Reset STB and pairing again.
         Result - recovered

         Result - No recovery
